* Launching `hyperion-blueapi`, `hyperion-supervisor` - PASS
* Ability to call plans on hyperion-blueapi remotely - FAIL
* launching of external callbacks - FAIL
* check ownership of stomp server - N/A
* #1522 - Transmission for XRC is honoured - PASS - but xrc transmission had to be set in code in `agamemnon.py`
* #1525 stop hyperion if no pin was loaded PASS
