Move aperture/scatterguard diagram

We have a diagram of the potential aperture/scatterguard collisions at https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/hyperion/wiki/Aperture-Scatterguard-Collisions. This is in the old wiki but not in the new docs. We should move it into the docs (probably in dodal so that it's next to the device) then update the reference in the `_safe_move_whilst_in_beam` function

It might also be worth to double check that there aren't other docs we've not transferred over
