Alert message is
`alert_content:Hyperion encountered the following beamline error: , errored: TimeoutError("panda-pcap-active didn't match False in 1s, last value None")>`

We think this happens if the previous sample finds no diffraction and then skips to the next sample. This could result in trying to disarm and rearm the panda pcap block in short succession - could be causing issues.
