UDC default state should clear robot errors

Description
During collection hyperion encountered an error with robot reporting error message `Sample Position not ready`.
Having addressed the issue, the baton was returned to Hyperion but collection failed again timing out with the same error message. The UDC default state script should reset the robot so that the robot errors are cleared.
