i04 XRC: Better error on long pins

When the pin is too long during i04 XRC the error put into ispyb is confusing:

This specifically happen at https://graylog.diamond.ac.uk/messages/graylog-prod_15/888191e4-c486-11f0-8d0c-82b2c9f5c48a

Under hyperion we catch this error and replace it with something like pin too long/short, we should do the same here
