Murko: Investigate delay in thaw plan

Description
As of https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/mx-bluesky/pull/1414, we publish stop messages to know when to stop looking for and processing Murko results. However, in the `thaw_and_murko_centre` plan there is still a slight delay in between rotation during the thawing plan and moving to beam centre based on Murko results. We should find and fix the source of this delay.
## Acceptance Criteria
- There is no delay between rotation and move to beam centre in `thaw_and_murko_centre`
