Description

If the scintillator is in the beam when we run UDC default state we need to move it out. We need to double check the assumption that to move the scintillator out the aperture/scatterguard first needs to be parked under the table (This is the assumption I wrote in https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/mx-bluesky/issues/396#issuecomment-3088515874 but maybe I was wrong?). If this is the case then presumably if the scintillator is in and the aperture/scatterguard is in UDC default state needs to park the aperture/scatterguard, park the scintillator then move the aperture scatterguard out again?

## Acceptance Criteria
- We work out and implement the logic for how to move the scintillator out when it is in and the aperture/scatterguard are not parked
