Description
We should write some docs for the jungfrau detector
## Acceptance Criteria
Docs added which include:
- Basic description of how the detector works
- Info on pedestal mode - why is it needed and when is it needed
- Info on the different gain modes, why are there different settings and which situations are suited for which gain modes
- How to operate the JF in BlueAPI. This should be accessible by scientists and DAQ devs.
