VMXm testing gridscan testing notes

A bunch of small things in i02-1's scratch folder need merging, since this time round I was testing on half-finished branches. Same goes for the GDA side which is now optionally calling BlueAPI. Other issues:
- K8s cluster wasn't allowed to mount `/dls/mx` due to DLS default kyverno policies. I've made a scicomp ticket to fix this for vmxm and vmxi
- There are hanging tasks when the eiger fails to arm. This results in unpredictable errors when running a BlueAPI plan. For testing, this was fixed by refreshing the BlueAPI environment, but we need a default tidy-up which calls hanging asyncio. [make an issue for this]

Follow up tasks
- ~Retry grid scans once the kyverno policy is updated -~
- Think of a solution for the hanging tasks
- Merge fixes from scratch folder
- Merge changes from GDA
