Description
Currently, we unpark the aperture/scatterguard if required but we have not implemented the ability to park them. This will be needed when `mx_bluesky` is in charge of doing the `make_hutch_safe` functionality of GDA.
## Acceptance Criteria
- Aperture/scatterguard and beamstop can be parked
