Description
Expose the bimorph mirror plans, which can be found in `dodal/plans/bimorph.py` to the I24 blueapi server
Will need [dodal#1397](https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/dodal/issues/1397)
## Acceptance Criteria
- The bimorph plans can be picked up by the blueapi server and can be run without errors
