Description
Currently nexgen assumes hat 1000 frames are being written per h5 file. This is actually configurable via the `BL04I-EA-EIGER-01:OD:BlockSize` PV and I04 would like to configure it (https://jira.diamond.ac.uk/browse/I04-1043).
## Acceptance Criteria
- Nexgen is updated as per https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/nexgen/issues/341
- When we write nexus files we use the value of the above PV to pass to nexgen for blocksize
