Update of coot version in ccp4 would break module

Currently relying on using the ccp4 version loaded with dials for this module to work. If the version of coot is updated, this may break the metal_id module. It would be good if I could use the coot commands directly and get them from a python dependency that I can set a specific version number for. Relying on using cctbx.python to run the module could leave the module vulnerable.
