Description
Check and document the performance of the in-memory reslice in #82 on realistic data sizes. Something similar to the table in the "Performace" section of this PR comment https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/httomo/pull/82#issue-1617041623 would be great to have for realistic data sizes.
