In `main`, there are no YAML files in `httomo/methods_database/packages/external/` https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/httomo/tree/7efb32b61436ea3711a2ff0d5bd1159777dab46e/httomo/methods_database/packages/external, yet there is a globbing pattern in `pyproject.toml` for such YAML files: https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/httomo/blob/7efb32b61436ea3711a2ff0d5bd1159777dab46e/pyproject.toml#L14
