Consider moving stdio-socket to optional dependency

As best as I can tell this package is not used in the codebase, and is instead meant as a helper utility to work alongside fastcs. As such, I'd consider moving it into an extra, especially since it is a package that doesn't support windows hosts, since otherwise fastcs seems like it should work on any host architecture.
