Addition of FastCS module commands

A module command that has been discussed previously is one that allows you to launch a controller from the commandline using a dotpath: something like `fastcs run myModule.myController myConfig.yaml`. Another useful one might be used for demo/tutorial purposes: `fastcs demo controller` which could be used to start up somekind of demo controller that can be interacted with. `fastcs demo device` might start up some kind of simulation which one can connect to and interact with in a tutorial setting
