Ophyd pin tip: Write image on every read

As a developer it would be useful to see every image that the pin tip detection algorithm used to find a tip, including the edge and the tip drawn on the image. This image should be the exact image that the algorithm was run on and should be saved regardless of if a pin is found or not

* Whenever the pin tip detection is read from it produces an image
