Find out if i24 attenuator "use current energy" PV has a complete callback

Description
When setting the attenuator transmission in dodal, we trigger the `use_current_energy` PV (prefix `E2WL:USECURRENTENERGY.PROC`) immediately before actually setting the desired transmission. We should check if `use_current_energy` has a complete callback in EPICS, since otherwise there may be race conditions when setting the desired transmission

* Behaviour confirmed either by looking through EPICS or testing on the beamline
