Add an ophyd/bluesky tutorial?

It would be useful for Python courses run at DLS to have a realistic Ophyd/Bluesky tutorial to try. There are already a number of useful tutorials:
* A non-interactive tutorial at https://nsls-ii.github.io/bluesky/tutorial.html
* An interactive tutorial at https://mybinder.org/v2/gh/bluesky/tutorials/main (but it's a bit messy)
