Description
The system at https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/I15J_RCS was written as a graduate project, with the graduate having now moved on. As part of the waffle project it is probably going to be relied on even more. We should make sure that it is well supported and understood.
## Acceptance Criteria
- Members of the SCM + X DAQ team are added as owners on the project
- Deployment is moved to beamline cluster, rather than argus
- There is 1 day of effort spent in tidying up the system e.g.
- Making sure docs/tests are good
- Making sure logs are going to a known place
- Make sure there is a healthz end point that we can later interrogate

Research direction
Start by reviewing the I15J_RCS project and its current deployment, documentation, tests, logging, and health endpoint. Confirm how ownership is managed and where the system runs today. Done means SCM + X DAQ ownership is added, deployment targets the beamline cluster rather than argus, and the agreed tidy-up work is completed within the stated effort.
