Description
When automated PRs pick up new versions of blueapi, they do not provide automatic release notes or a link to where to find them.
Others do, e.g. RabbitMQ
We should look at the RabbitMQ Helm chart publish action and find what is necessary to fill this information.
## Acceptance Criteria
- Automated PRs made by Renovate have at least a link to the blueapi release page describing the changes
- If possible, they also contain the release notes themselves
