Description
As a user, I would like to module load the CLI client library (or have a similarly easy way of accessing it from a DLS workstation)
Acceptance Criteria:
- The blueapi CLI is easily accessible from a DLS workstation
- It is easy to configure to my individual beamline (ideally everything is worked out from `${BEAMLINE}` but that may not be possible)
