Description

When first remotely connecting to a running BlueAPI using the instructions in https://dev-guide.diamond.ac.uk/athena/tutorials/diagnostic-tools/#appendix-4-creating-a-beamline-workspace-file-on-a-diamond-workstation the workspace has the code but does not have the python/pylance extensions so I cannot easily navigate the code as I would locally. I can install these via the `extensions` tab but this needs to be done manually.

## Acceptance Criteria
- Default container for remote debugging has python extensions installed
