i15-1: Link to sample page when clicking on the sample name

It would be nice to be able to be directed to the page for a given sample if you click on it in the queue view or setup view. This means we need to hold whatever information about the sample is needed to do this in the frontend, so the query may need to be updated.

Start by tracing the queue view and setup view to find how sample names and sample data are rendered, then inspect the query that supplies them. Confirm what sample information the frontend needs for navigation. Done means clicking a sample name in either view opens that sample's page.
