Description

As a beamline scientist, and probably a user, I would like to see logs of what the beamline is doing. Currently the BlueAPI and DAQ queue logs can be seen in Graylog but it would be preferably to have them in one place and features like highlighting of error logs. It is likely that different people will want access to logs from different places on the Science UI in general but all these logs should be able to be sourced from graylog.

## Acceptance Criteria
* There is generic component that gets an updating stream of logs from graylog
* The query this component runs is customisable
* The component can be customised to display different colours of log lines based on some tag in the log metadata

Research direction

The issue names no files or tests, so start by locating the existing TypeScript Science UI components and any Graylog integration or API usage. Check how logs can be streamed and queried before choosing the component entry point. Done means an updating, query-customisable log component with metadata-based line colours.
