i15-1: [concept] Create a page for individual scans

Clicking on a row (other then the button to expand it to show the plans), should open a drawer with more details about the plan.

It should show scan name, any scan metadata and details that we have and are valuable (TBD).
This could pave the way to show scan data, images, plots, etc.

Each item should be linkable (changing url, opening drawer with direct link).
Note: Links should be persistent for historical scan for that sessions
