I15-1: select all in playlist should not select bad samples

Samples that are in pucks that are not on the table are now highlighted orange in the playlist and do not allow individual selection. However, if you press the select all tick box at the top of the table it will still appear to let you queue them. It should instead only select valid samples

Trace the playlist table's select-all checkbox and the existing handling for samples in pucks that are not on the table. Ensure select-all includes only valid samples, then verify that invalid samples remain unselected and cannot be queued while valid samples are selected.
