i15-1: When logged out, there is a redirect to Keycloak screen from child pages

When a user is logged out they can access the root page and go to other pages.

When trying to get to some pages directly (or refresh), the page redirects to the identity page.

**To recreate:**

1. Open an incognito screen and go to https://i15-1.diamond.ac.uk/
2. Go to Acquisition -> Robot and hit refresh or go directly to https://i15-1.diamond.ac.uk/acquisition/robot

**Expected behaviour:**

See screens with limited functionality.

Reproduce the logged-out behavior at the root URL, then on /acquisition/robot by navigating directly and refreshing in an incognito window. Trace the child-page authentication and routing entry points; done means logged-out users see screens with limited functionality instead of being redirected to the Keycloak identity page.
