I15-1: Add more beamline specific components for puck mounting view

The original puck mounting design is:

The one made in https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/atlas/pull/133 broadly covers the table at the right hand side of this design but doesn't cover the video feed and top down view to the left. These are nice UX and we should add them

## Acceptance Criteria
* There is a top down view in the puck mounting page that provides info about the current state of the table

Review the puck mounting page and the table view introduced in atlas pull request #133, then compare them with the provided original design. Trace how the current table state is exposed to the page and add the top-down view so it reports the current table state; the acceptance criterion is met when that view appears on the puck mounting page with the relevant state information.
