Description
The driver tests should check for known bugs with old Andor cameras (i.e with out of date firmware) and measure performance.
Specific tests required:
- Check the camera can set ROI binning
- Check the camera can set pixel binning
- Ensure the camera can take at least 3000 frames at maximum framerate with no binning.
- Ensure the camera can take at least 3000 frames at maximum framerate with full pixel binning.
- Ensure that the camera's firmware sets its maximum framerate to a predicted value
- Ensure the actual framerate is within 5% of the firmware prediction
