Add a multi-resolution option to standard reconstructions

So the idea here is that there is a raw data at full resolution, plus a 2x2x2 binned dataset, and a 4x4x4 binned one, and possibly even an 8x8x8 binned one. All of the smaller datasets should have axis in the pixels of the original dataset for easy comparison.

if you continue in this way, worst case scenario is 20% additional data, so not too bad.
