Both Checkboxes Checked UX improvement

When each checkbox is checked, some kind of positive effect, like a green border or a an inline svg being drawn around it, should be shown.

When both checkboxes are checked, the page should smooth scroll to the join the discord button, and some type of emphasis class should be added to the button to make it stand out.

Alternatively, another button can appear that was previously hidden if both checkboxes are checked. I don't really have a preference for which implementation is used.
