Description
[RFC 7638](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7638) specifies `JSON Web Key (JWK) Thumbprint` in jose stack. It specifies a method for computing a hash value over a jwk. It will e useful for comparing two different jwks. It is also mandated y dpop standard.
