UniGetUI updates an app with the app of another company

### Describe your issue

I use Readwise Reader - https://read.readwise.io/resources

But for some reason, whenever I download this app, everything works fine. Then, UniGetUI finds an update to this app and when the update is complete, it is turned into some other language RSS reader. When I click on the info for this reader, it takes me to another reader's website.

I have had this happen on 3 different computers.

This has to just be an error.

### Steps to reproduce the issue

1) Download Readwise Reader — https://reader-desktop-releases.readwise.io/Reader.exe
2) Restart computer
3) Let UniGetUI update this app
4) Now the app is yellow/orange and is in a different language.
