[BUG] v2026.2.7 does not detect all updates at first scan

### Describe your issue

Frequently but not always UniGetUI does not detect all updates at the first scan.

### Steps to reproduce the issue

Today:
1. display PIP updates only
2. scan again, same result
3. install PIP updates
4. scan again
5. winget updates are displayed eventually
