[IMPROVEMENT] Backup Interval

### Describe the improvement

In the "Cloud Package Backup" section, it says "Periodically perform a cloud backup of the installed packages". In the "Local Package Backup" section, it says "Periodically perform a local backup of the installed packages"

Can this be a user defined interval? And can you indicate what that interval is?

Giving the user control over backup intervals and posting that interval will make backups more useful to different use cases.
