[FEATURE REQUEST] activate "Auto Update" on specific packages only

### Describe the new feature

May slightly relate to issue 2255.

Auto update specific packages only.

Winget has many packages including UI ones. I want to auto update a part of the CLI packages only in winget.

### Describe how this new feature could help users

It would help as currently I have to manually open winget every day, and choose the same packages again and again (and alwyas exclude the packages I know I won't use in the next 2 months, or those which already have their own auto updates like Notion or Discord).
