[FEATURE REQUEST] Option to not create desktop shortcut for UniGetUI

### Describe the new feature

Whenever UniGetUI updates *itself*, it creates a shortcut on my desktop. Now, I am aware there is an "Automatic desktop shortcut remover," which I have toggled on and set to run automatically without asking. But this seems to run when updating packages, _not_ when updating UniGetUI itself. So, I'd like to see one of the following:

* A direct setting to prevent UniGetUI from creating a desktop shortcut of itself whenever the app updates itself (a wholly new feature).
* Have the automatic desktop shortcut remover run whenever UniGetUI updates (so that, if I've set UniGetUI.lnk as a shortcut that it should remove automatically, then that shortcut will be immediately deleted upon creation) (a feature enhancement).

### Describe how this new feature could help users

This would prevent cluttered desktops even further than the existing desktop shortcut removal feature.
