[BUG] Download Installer and Package Details shows the current version's installer, not the new version

Download Installer is downloading the current version's installer
Package Details shows the installer URL of the current version

### Steps to reproduce the issue

Pick a package that needs an update
Download Installer or Package Details
See the wrong version

### Relevant information

NOTE: this only happens when using **winget**; it works on my Windows Server 2019 machine which uses **pinget**
