[ENHANCEMENT] Delete "Uninstall" shortcut after installation

### Describe the improvement

I'd really appreciate an "Uninstall shortcut remover" feature, just like the "desktop shortcut remover" one (I can't understand why developers still add them, AFAICS they're relics of the Windows 3.1 era and just clutter the launchers?).

### Describe how this improvement could help users

The search in the (Windows) Start Menu sometimes list "Uninstall" shortcuts before the intended/useful entries, which is usually a minor annoyance, but can lead to big ones. This is also an annoyance for users of third-party uninstaller software.
