[BUG] UniGetUI auto-update itself without waiting User answer

### Describe your issue

This behavior is permanent since 2026.x first versions !

When there is another new version available, I am notified that there is an update (see windows on right bottom of screenshot), and the update is launched without I have a chance to give my answer (if I want or not to update).
This behavior is ridiculous :
- either you auto-update without asking final user
- or you wait user answer, before applying updating
