Description

### Please confirm these before moving forward.

- [x] I have searched for my feature proposal and have not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved/discarded issue.
- [x] This proposal is a completely new feature. If you want to suggest an improvement or an enhancement, please use [this template](https://github.com/Devolutions/UniGetUI/issues/new?labels=enhancement&projects=&template=enhancement-improvement.yml&title=%5BENHANCEMENT%5D+%28Enter+your+description+here%29).

### Describe the new feature

As the title says. I have a \tools directory that I use for no install software, you know, just extract and run it tools. I'd like Uniget to search that folder and show me updates for the tools I have extracted there.

Example: coolprogram.exe is downloaded from Github in .zip format. No install is required, I just extract it to \tools and run it.

Uniget searches that \tools folder, sees coolprogram.exe and show me updates for it.

If this is already possible and I am just missing something, please educate me?

### Describe how this new feature could help users

For users who no install required, pre-compiled executables and put them in a specific directory. Especially on Windows.
