[IMPROVEMENT] Scan in progress Circles are no longer centred and my eye's are bleeding...

### Describe the improvement

The progress circles around are no longer centered around the smaler icon that is show'n during scan for updates.
And it makes my eye's bleed 🙃 can this please be fixed.

It's visually way more attractive to have these centered.
