[FEATURE REQUEST] Optional Upload for Updates to VirusTotal before installation

### Describe the new feature

- A per–package manager setting that checks update packages via VirusTotal before installation.
- Once the scan result is displayed, the user can decide whether to proceed with installing the update.
- It should be possible to exclude specific software from this scanning process.

### Describe how this new feature could help users

The security of the user’s system is the highest priority.

In light of the increasing and critical supply chain attacks affecting both closed-source and open-source software, I propose this option to help preventing a compromise of the user's system.
