[IMPROVEMENT] Permanent state for source filters

### Describe the improvement

In the "Installed Packages" section under "Sources," the options are: Winget and local.

If I disable local, the setting isn't permanently applied; it's deleted the next time UnigetUI or Windows starts.

Please add a setting to permanently control which installed software is displayed. Specifically, you can choose whether to see only Winget, local (which is somewhat pointless), or both.
