[BUG] Chocolatey is shown as ready on MS Store install

### Describe your issue

On fresh install in a new environment from the MS Store, Chocolatey is shown as ready despite not being packaged with the MS Store version. Note that it's not detecting Chocolatey's version in the screenshot.

### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Clean install UniGetUI from the MS Store.
