[IMPROVEMENT] (don't check for packages updates when starting Unigetui)

### Describe the improvement

I want periodic check for updates, I set it "1 week", but everytime I restart my computer Unigetui starts and checks for package updates, completely ruining the purpose of periodic checks.

Could it be possible to disable the automatic check for updates when starting the app, so periodic checks could be more usable ?
