[BUG] Tray icon still shows green after ignoring package

### Describe your issue

When an update is detected, the tray icon shows a green pip. When ignoring a winget package, the green pip in the system tray remains.

### Steps to reproduce the issue

If you set the last winget package to "Ignore updates to the package", the icon remains green.
Refreshing the list (⟳ button) does not change the icon. Restarting the app does make the green pip disappear.
