### Describe the improvement

Is there some way to see or managed Winget pinned apps in Uniget? Why wouldn't this be listed in the Manage Ignored apps with a column that says how it is ignored (Uniget or Winget (or whatever package manager)? It seems like a good mechanism exists to do this without much/any UI or UX change...

Related and what continued to confuse me further: I have steam games that always show up as Unknown - if I try to ignore them they are never added to the ignore list - click the button and nothing happens.

### Describe how this improvement could help users
